I am a Mum of 3 with a passion for Yoga and wish to share this passion to improve people's physical and mental well-being. I have been in the fitness industry since 2007 and found yoga to help with my own mental health. Straight away it made a difference to how I felt and I was completely hooked.
I can't wait to show the benefits of Yoga in a class soon 🧘♀️
My yoga classes are suitable for all levels and combine physical exercise, breath work and meditation in an accessible way.

Suitable for people who have some experience in Yoga. In this session, you will learn an energising flow that moves with your breath from pose to pose. This flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration and breath work, and ends with meditation. In each session, we will progress with different asanas (poses).
Relaxing slow-paced Yoga session is suitable for all levels. Yin yoga works deep into the body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.
Beginner Yoga is the place to work on all the basics of yoga including meditation and breath-work.

This session incorporates cardio with toning exercises using hand weights, resistance bands and body weight. Suitable for intermediate to advanced Yogis
Pregnancy Yoga is a great way to move mindfully, relax, and spend time with your unborn baby. With my guidance, a fully trained prenatal yoga teacher, you'll learn how to adapt your practice for each trimester.

Pregnancy Yoga is a great way to move mindfully, relax, and spend time with your unborn baby. With my guidance, a fully trained prenatal yoga teacher, you'll learn how to adapt your practice for each trimester.
Build strength, relieve stress, and prepare for delivery with breathing techniques and birthing poses. You will learn to connect to your changing body whilst meeting other mums in a friendly and safe environment. My aim, as well as giving you a safe practice, is to offer plenty of practical tips from someone who has been through pregnancy and to help you feel more positive and relaxed about the birth.
This large metal hoop, suspended from the ceiling, is the perfect apparatus to learn lots of fun moves whilst toning and strengthening your body. No prior experience is needed just an open mind! Within this class you will learn different moves each week and conditioning work to build your strength, and a combinataion of static poses and sequences will be learnt.
This class takes its roots from traditional yoga but with the use of a suspended silk hammock that supports your body. This is a fun full-body workout. Because your weight is fully supported by the hammock it allows you to explore inverts and other fun moves whilst relaxing, stretching and feeling safe.
